Terms & Conditions
By commissioning me, you agree to the Terms & Conditions listed below:-Commissioners must fill out an order form and provide the correct information.
-I reserve the right to decline service.
-Payment will be made via PayPal. No exceptions.
-Commissioners can either pay in full or pay a deposit up front.
-All commissioners must pay a deposit upfront, equaling to 1/2 of the cost of their commission quote.
-No sketches will begin before the deposit is received.
-Remaining balance must be paid at the sketch approval stage within 24 hours or the commission will be forfeited.
-Refunds will only be available before the first draft, or before 36 hours after the deposit has been given; whichever comes first.
-If I am unable to do your commission, I will give you a refund.
-The sketch approval process allows up to 3 minor changes. Larger changes(i.e. pose changes, character changes, package change) will need fill another order form.
-If you want to change anything that wasn't mentioned during this approval process once finished, there will be a fee depending on it's complexity. Any wrong or missing details will be on me.
-You will only receive the digital file in .jpg, .jpeg, or .png. Any other file type(i.e. .psd, .procreate, .sai) can be requested with a $5 surcharge.
-Artwork will be sent over email or discord.
-You cannot use my art for NFT nor sell it for NFT related purposes.
-I will only work with finished character designs, not descriptions, with the exception of the character designing package. Even roblox characters or game characters are fine, just any visual.
-Decorative or simple backgrounds are included in commissions. I can provide complex backgrounds for a price, please check in with me for a quote as it depends on the complexity of the piece.
-NSFW is allowed, I may decline commission if too complex or uncomfortable.
-Waiting time can range from a few days at best to a few months at worse. Please be aware that your commission is not forgotten! I appreciate your patience.
-Please let me know if your commission will be used for commercial use, otherwise the default will be personal. If so, there will be an extra flat fee of $50.
-You cannot claim my art or designs as your own. Please give credit when posting or using my commissions.
-As an artist, I retain full rights and ownership to an artwork: keeping the ability to use it on present and future socials, sites, portfolios, etc.What are personal and commercial use commissions?
Personal use commissions are when someone creates artwork for you to enjoy without making any money from it. You can use as a wallpaper or as your profile picture on websites like TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, and others. You can also print it out for yourself, but you can't sell it to make money.Commercial use commissions are when someone creates artwork that can help you make money or promote your business. You can use for your brand's marketing materials or for your business purposes. If you have social media platforms like Twitch or YouTube that can make money, using the artwork there also counts as commercial use. If you have a PNGtuber character and want the artwork for streaming or marketing, that's considered commercial use too.
